Our Housekeeping Services are particularly concentrated on ‘Total Quality Management (TMQ); we have a highly specialized & experienced team. Our staff will work in close co-ordination with our clients to deliver services in exact accordance to international standard & up to their specifications. We also assure that our services will be environment friendly & we maintain a close relation with our clients that lead to a mutual benefit & business prosperity.
We provide House Keeping Services for Corporate Services/ Call Centers/ Embassies/ Consulates/ I.T Services/Public Sector Companies/ Institutions/ Schools/ Banks/ Financial Institutions & Commercial Complex by Latest Methods & well trained House Keeping Technical personnel with pleasant working environment.
Services :
- Daily sweeping & moping of all floor area on continuous basis with quality cleaning material manufactured by the reputed companies.
- Cleaning of dust, cobwebs as when required.
- Upkeep of all ceramic fittings & providing disinfectant materials & air purifiers for wash area & washbasins.
- Cleaning of all bathrooms, toilet block, washbasins, windows, etc. within frequent intervals with the best quality of liquid detergent floor sanitizer’s phenyl & floor acids, etc
- Cleaning of window panels, glasses, partitions, etc.
- Cleaning of waste paper baskets. Cleaning of all telephones including intercoms & super phones.
- Cleaning or moping of all rest rooms at regular intervals with quality materials.
- Cleaning furniture with dry clothes.
- Dusting & cleaning of glass doors, windows, light fittings, sigh boards, telephones, etc.
- Collection & disposal of garbage waste papers at regular intervals.
- Scrubbing the floor tiles on weekly basis.
- Any other cleaning job as per the instruction from the Senior Officers/ Managers/ Office in-charge, etc.
- General maintenance work like flower vase & pot arrangements, shifting of manure mixtures.
Note :
- Our price quote is inclusive of -
- Trained man power.
- Uniforms.
- Cleaning equipments (as mentioned in service proposal below)
- As per government notification 15% service tax shall be added to billing.
- Services shall be for 6 days a week & for 8 hours shift duty.
- Any service rendered beyond the stipulated duty hours shall be changed extra.
- The staff will wear AMS’s uniform on duty.
- All work will carry out under our supervision.
- Electricity water will be provided by the client & the on-site storage for the equipment & consumables (without any extra charges to AMS).
- Any other expenses such as conveyance/ transportation, if any, will be charged extra at actual.
- The above rate has been quoted as per the information provided to the AMS’s representatives, any changes in the site conditions/ requirements shall reflect in our quotes.
- Payments should be made within one week of submission of our monthly invoices.
Our Responsibility
- To provide qualified and trained man power, in accordance with contract requirements.
- To provide suitable uniforms to all the staff.
- The proposal is based on client’s requirements & additional deletion will be considered on actual working.
- To provide cleaning chemicals.
- As per proposal, AMS will provide all necessary equipments to perform the daily operations & maintenance tasks, listed under ours scope of work, this requirement however will remain the sole property of AMS. Special equipments required exclusively for the client’s equipment will be provided by the client.
Client Responsibility :
- For Housekeeping Services :
- The client will provide necessary storage space for our equipment.
- A designated place should be provided for dirt & garbage collection areas.
- The client should keep all fire escapes & drain routes clear.
- Proper drainage flow, protective electrical conduits & functional fixtures should be provided.
- The client should keep necessary first aid kit in each area.
- The client will provide Registers, Files & other Stationery.
- For Security Services :
- You will be responsible for providing & maintaining security covers like fencing walls, lights, proper gates, fire alarms, emergency light, etc.
- The client will provide necessary storage space for our equipment.
- The client should keep all fire escapes & drain routes clear.
- The client will provide Registers, Files & other Stationery.

Validity Of Contract :
The validity of the contract will be for one year from the date of assuming charge of duties, extendable for any further period with mutual consult.
Termination Of Contract :
The contract can be terminated by either by partly giving one months notice or payment in lieu thereof. We are sure & confident that your good self will certainly give us an opportunity to prove the efficiency of our services with your esteemed organization. We assure that the money paid by you to us will be well spent by way of efficient service to be rendered by us.
